Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide you with a satisfying shopping experience at kstservos.com. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, be assured that we allow returns within 7 days of delivery. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

Please note that we can only process returns for items purchased directly from KST's official website (kstservos.com). If you bought products from authorized retailers, kindly reach out to them for return assistance.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at marketing@kstservos.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package. It's important to remember that items returned without prior authorization won't be accepted.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
Please send us an email with the subject "[Urgent] ORDER CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS". Our customer service team will promptly address your request during our business hours. In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or amended.

RETURNS

  • The product(s) must have been purchased directly from kstservos.com and have never been used. The returned product (s) must be in new condition with the original packaging.
  • Except in cases where the item is damaged or defective due to a manufacturer's defect, customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returns.
  • A 20% Restocking Fee will apply on returns that are not related to the quality of the product or if the customer ordered the wrong item.
  • Your refund will be issued in the original method of your purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Initiate a Return/Exchange request online by contacting us at marketing@kstservos.com.
  • Upon approval, send the package back to KST using economy shipping. Please note that expedited shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for processing upon receipt of your returned items at our factory. In cases requiring thorough testing, processing may take up to 7-14 business days.

REPLACEMENTS / EXCHANGES
We make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased. However, KST reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the like-kind (depending on availability). In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.
Processed exchange within 5-10 business days after we receive the item, and send you the tracking number.
