Important Update: Temporary Pause on U.S. Shipments Due to Upcoming Tariff Policy

Dear KST Customers,

We hope you’re doing well! First of all, thank you so much for being a part of the KST family — your ongoing trust and support truly mean the world to us.

We’re reaching out to share an important shipping update that may affect some of our U.S. customers in the coming weeks.

What’s Changing?
Starting May 2, 2025, the U.S. government will be ending the current “de minimis” rule (Section 321) that allowed goods under $800 to enter the country without customs duties. This means all packages shipped to the U.S. may now be subject to import taxes, even if their value is below $800.

What Does This Mean for You?
To avoid any unexpected fees or complications, we’ve made the following temporary adjustments:

  • All shipments to U.S. addresses will be paused for now.
If you're planning to order and ship to the U.S., we suggest waiting a bit or using an alternative non-U.S. shipping address if available.
  • New shipping policy to be announced by May 7, 2025:
We are actively monitoring the latest developments and will provide a comprehensive shipping and duty update via email, our website, and social media channels.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

🕒 Orders placed between April 18 – May 7 (U.S. delivery):
These may be held until after May 7 depending on how the policy is finalized. If duties or taxes are required, we’ll inform you before shipping.

💰 If the policy is postponed or canceled before May 7:
We promise — any extra fees will be waived, and there’ll be no added cost to you.

We know how important timely and transparent service is, and we’re doing everything we can to minimize disruptions. Our logistics team is actively exploring cost-effective, compliant shipping solutions so we can get back to delivering top-tier servos to you without hiccups.
